Mythical creatures could actually exist. Some people have even claimed to have encountered them.

The Paranormal Scholar presents five of the most terrifying legendary cannibalistic beings to stalk this earth. These beings want to gorge themselves on your flesh. They fill the pages of folklore across the world, being found everywhere from the dense forests of North America to the mountains of Thailand and the marshes of Malaysia. Although grounded in traditional local lore and mythology, sightings of these mythical beings continue into the modern day.
