This EVP was recorded in the former projection room at the back of the upper circle. During a table tipping session the following was captured on one of our dictaphones.
The Beach Bingo Hall was originally built in 1929 as the Princes Theatre. The theatre was closed after it was damaged during the war and did not reopen until 1950 as a Gaumont Cinema and remained as a cinema until 1976 when it was converted to a Bingo Hall.
