The sun is starting to come up over Belmont so now were able to see some of the sites on the outskirts of town such as a windmill, Monitor-Belmont Mill Smelter Stack, Homesteads, Picturesque Scenery, Courthouse and eventually downtown Main Street. Its a quaint yet very quiet place especially when you arrive here at sunrise nobody is out despite the fact that there are folks who live here. Belmont is really within the top ten semi ghost towns in the Silver State. But their are no services here and just riding in your vehicle one can see that there are quite a few sites one can explore here. Their are quite a few ghost stories associated with Belmont in a sense its a bit eerie driving into town because everything is either boarded up, in ruins or simply closed for the winter here. Ill take everyone above the town a little so you can put it all into perspective of what and where we will explore. Off in the distance you can see the courthouse which is a fine piece of American West History.
