'Frank' is a ghost story told by medium Anthony Ledington. He recounts his experience while carrying out a psychic investigation at West Bromwich library in Sandwell.

Anthony carries out a number of 'invests' in the area and is regularly asked to help people troubled by spirits in their home and work.

This is one of two stories about the library investigation, the second will be later in the series.
