So our fans are aware this is our bye week so our team is working hard so we can try to spend sometime working on formations, shooting, passing and developing our endurance on the court. Your really going to enjoy this scrimmage six games one being half court the other five are full court. Lots of action diving, sharp passes, amazing shots and fairly equal competition as nearly all games were close. We play twos and ones up to fifteen each match-up so each game does last.

Sorry did not rotate the camera much just put it up on the bleachers higher up so that I could film the entire court so all of you could see the games full view end to end. I also had us switch sides that way you can see both squads from our team shoot closer up. This was a very hardworking practice very proud of the team they show up, they play and they compete even if its with each other.

By the third game though my legs and arms felt like lead but I believe I had a good practice myself considering I scored a third of the points per game while playing good defense so I was pretty beat. Its one thing to play a full court game with subs for two twenty minute periods its another thing to play full court for two hours straight without subbing. But it does help us build endurance so we do not tire as easy against our opponents that we verse in league. Therefore what were doing is beneficial to the team because will be in tip top shape no matter what team we verse who might think we wear down will find out otherwise.

I mean every time you see this team practice you probably see how much we improve too so some good basketball for the fans. I mean some of the plays we do are close to pro so you will enjoy it we just now have to implement them into our future games at the academy where we currently play.

At the end of this is a special segment my grilled Greek chicken, asparagus and rice pilaf. I enjoy to eat healthy after my practices eating healthy is part of my regiment for hooping they go hand in hand together. By the time I was done hooping at practice I took over 12 thousand steps and burned 3500 calories that is just from running, passing and playing six full court games with the team. Not bad eh?
