So I was working on some vlogs, and all of a sudden from the hours of 12:00pm until 2:00pm I started noticed an abundance of planes in the sky above Hoover, Alabama where I live. Many of them were spraying clouds of white across the sky. I saw over 20 planes in those two hours, and after that there was none. I figured I'd post this because I know everyone hasn't read all of the government documents about weather modification, and many don't believe the government is capable of such a thing.
