Welcome to Paranormal Legacy. What you are about to hear is EVP evidence that was captured on digital camera microphone from The Eagle Hotel in Waterford, Pennsylvania. What no one knew was that I am Samoan. With that being said, to have an EVP come across saying “Mahalo” leads me to believe this is either a family member or an Ancestral relative.

Mahalo has a much deeper meaning. Mahalo, at the core, is a spiritual and divine blessing given to a person. Many a kupuna (elder) will share that using the word mahalo should always be genuine in nature and be truthfully given to a person, as it is a spiritual blessing. While Mahalo expresses gratitude, the root words are: "Ma," which means "in", "ha" which is the breath or life energy, and "alo," which is "in the presence of." So, the deeper meaning of mahalo can be understood as, "May you be in presence of divine spiritual breath of life."
