We are talking right here") captured by Maryland Paranormal Research ® at the Dundalk Patapsco Neck Historical Society and Museum [Dundalk MD] Sep 30 - Oct 1 2017. The investigation was part of the National Ghost Hunting Day 2017 event. At the time, investigators were preparing to commence the investigation after opening remarks for the event had ended. EVP streams were captured that appeared contextually relevant to the moment. In one stream a possible communicator possibly remarks ("Yes. We are talking right here"). Audio was captured with a ZOOM H2N Handy Recorder, MACKIE 1202-VLZ3 Mixer, HARMON DBX 1066 Dual Compressor Limiter Gate, ART EQ-351 31 Band 1/3 Octave Graphic Equalizer, and BEHRINGER XM1800 Dynamic Microphones. Audio was analyzed with PRAAT software. Note that electronic voice phenomena as compared to normal human speech appear to lack harmonics in the voice print. This could suggest that EVP in many (perhaps most) cases are not sound.
