ABOUT ORION ITC TALKER
ORION ITC Talker is an experimental phonetic ITC device made by Hultay Paranormal (Steve & Katie). At the heart of every Orion is the non-deterministic (analog-based random) sweeping of phonemes & allophones. There is NO radio or speech chip on this device. There NO audio files or words...simply the building blocks of the English language.

This is a Manual Fine-Tune version allowing the operator to alter the pitch as the ORION ITC Talker is sweeping randomly through the phonemes. It is very sensitive, so you can find that sweet spot or do a manual sweep with the dial as you would on a traditional ghost box. On one end of the dial, is a deep dark voice. You can also find an area that produces whispers.
