Edmonds, Washington's ghost sighting history is indeed rich if the Washington Ghost Society and the Washington State Paranormal Investigations & Research Society are to be believed.

Incorporated in 1890 as a brash cedar mill town where the number of churches competed with the number of saloons, Edmonds enjoys the notoriety of three well-documented hauntings.

In this My Edmonds News TV presentation, Emily Hill, author of “Ghost Stories From A Small Town,” takes her place at the Edmonds Memorial Cemetery to read the legend of “The Woman in White” which concerns the specter of a young woman that reportedly takes shape in the thickening fog along Olympic View Drive – as drivers leave the now-sparkling seaside city northbound on cold, clammy nights.
