In this video we start our investigation in the basement and after a family member of the clients experiences an unpleasant influence from a negative energy we quickly turn it into a cleansing process. Mark experiences a weight being leveraged against him and hears the energy say it's not leaving. Later Bonnie walks down into the basement and is bombarded with voices screaming at her which she does not hear, but the viewers do and it is absolutely freaky!
