When we explored some of the higher sand bars and hills we had gotten quite a few EMF Gauss readings. In theory I think it is plausible to say when the Army Corp Of Engineers began to work on the damn project that they did not manage to find all the grave sites found throughout the settlements which later became submerged leaving the dead to become the forgotten.
