Captured during a couple of hours visit to Rivington Village Tea Room which is a school house built next to the 1600s Unitarian Church . Voices of a group of men as soon as we walk in .. A laugh on the balcony once the area of the school master / mistress.. amongst others which suggest spirits are still listening and can communicate when they want to .. The history of Rivington goes back to the period of the plague , Cromwell and Battles and religious groups splitting away to create their won beliefs .. Witches were being put to trial .. although these women were nothing but local herbalists and midwives and often had education which at the time tested the male dominant religious bashers .. The Village is beautiful and worth a visit if in the area.. there are walks and places to visit for all ages and dog friendly .
