Built in 1901 through the vision of Dr. O.K. Guyer, this opera house is one of the last remaining gaslight-era theatres in the country.
Explore the theatre floor where claims of an apparition in period clothing roams the aisles. Some believe this is Dr. Guyer refusing to leave the place he poured his last remaining years into, but died before its completion. Other witnesses have crossed paths with the spirit of a young boy who died tragically here during a live firearms demonstration. If you dare, spend some time in the theatre dressing rooms for an EVP session to find out who wants to be heard, but not seen.


Reported Hauntings:

Phantom attendee thought to be the spirit of Dr. O.K. Guyer wandering the aisles.

Apparition of a young boy accidentally killed here in 1923 during a live firearms demonstration.

Theatre patrons hit with small pieces of mortar during shows though the roof is made of tin.

Shadow figures and unexplained voices in the theatre dressing rooms.
