CAPS investigated the Hartford City Jail located in Hartford City, Indiana in June of 2015. It is also known by the name the Old Blackford County jail. In this video, CAPS investigator Dave mentions hearing something and just after an orb flies across the bed. Trish then mentions seeing a light in the corner of her eye as she was standing at the edge of the bed and Vicki also witnessed a flash of light while looking into a mirror. Is the orb a paranormal phenomenon or just really good timing on the part of a speck of dust?
