The British penal system liked to use crank mills as a form of punishment, imagine human guinea pig-powered systems to grind grain... however, they didn’t really care about the quality of the output, only that the prisoners were suffering. A Crank mill was used on Norfolk Island during its convict period... it is now part of the UNESCO Heritage area but still casts a feeling of apprehension amongst those who walk inside its walls.
The HAGs decided to attempt a communication session at the Crank Mill one evening, using a Spirit box, which if you follow us, you will know, Haunted Auckland rarely uses.
