This is the Mary Ann Klingling residence in Lebanon Ohio. It is currently an occupied 4 unit apartment. I was able ot get in there for a few hours during rennovations. If you dont know who she was.....
On August 16, 1867, Mary Ann Klingling, a German-born resident of Lebanon, died after the carriage she was riding overturned. In her will she pledged $40,000 (½ million today) for a home for "poor white children" near Lebanon. County officials wanted it for all "indigent children". With state approval, they kept two sets of books and opened the Warren County Orphans' Asylum and Children's Home (Mary Haven) in 1874.
