The St.James Hotel was built in the 1800s as an elegant restaurant, saloon, and hotel. Although they cooked fine foods and practiced fine dining, the St.James Hotel was far from safe. There are over 25 documented fatal shootings in the bar area alone. Cowboys from across America visited this historic location. People such as Jessie James, Wyatt Earp, Buffalo Bill...etc.
