I went back to the HAUNTED Bonaventure Cemetery located in Savannah, Georgia for another spirit box session!! This time, I visited one of the most haunted statues there! Her name is Corinne Elliot Lawton!

Corinne was born into a very wealthy family. When she was of age, she met and fell in love with a man who was "beneath her station" in society. Her parents were against Corinne marrying this man, so they then made arrangements for Corinne to marry a wealthy man of Savannah society.

When Corinne met the man her parents wanted her to marry, she told them that she could never love him. Her father told her that she will learn to love him.

Time passed and all the arrangements were made for the wedding. Corinne was heartbroken..

The story goes that on January 24th 1877, Corinne rode her fathers horse to the banks of the Savannah River where she then drowned herself...

After her death, her parents commissioned a famous sculptor to create Corinne's statue.

Today, Corinne's statue has been seen smiling at people that she likes.
