On 4-20-12 we investigated the Village Ice Cream Parlor in Lebanon Ohio. They claimed to hear noises and footsteps on the second floor which is virtually cut off from anyone trying to enter safely. Also, no one was wanting to go to the basement because of the way it made them feel, plus, the noises and voices they heard down there. Basically lots of claims from the workers there and they felt uncomfortable so we had to get in there and find out why spirits were making them feel this way.
There is quite a bit of residual energy here causing most of the noises and creepy feelings. We did capture intelligent responses from some harmless children and adults who use to live ther there long ago.Garry provided excellent mediumship and we were to validate the audio with his readings.
So now we have an understanding of whats happening but we're going back with Victor Paruta, Garry Fox and Denny Dalton the local historian to prove historically any of these claims and try to communicate with George Melroy as well as the Shakers and Quakers.
Now we did capture a couple of "help me's" but we determined they were not needing help crossing over but rather a validation and acknowledgment.
All in all a great place to eat and enjoy ice cream and on occasion when you're sitting in the dining room you may just hear some speaking to you....or some footsteps. All in good fun though.
Yeah, this place may be haunted but they're our family, friends and fellow humans so nothing to worry about here.
