Allot of wildlife is found surrounding Indian Creek Reservoir. In this case we found this snake which was lethargic on a trail. It is not poisonous however so I do not frighten the snake to much I lift it onto a stick as it slithers off a couple of times. I may have saved this snakes life with owls and eagles around I had woken it up from its slumber. Generally when cooler weather transpires snakes hibernate this one apparently was out in the open just before sundown it may be trying to find shelter somewhere.
