Along the Lonesome Trail is this old Washoe Cemetery. The Washoe people have traversed these mountains for nearly 9000 years although the cemetery is not that old it is significant to the region. Our journey would eventually take us off the trail beyond this cemetery as we would climb a good portion of Jobs peak where we would search for any strange Bigfoot evidence. At one time in the 1800's over 250,000 emigrants pass through this area.
