Preview video of next weeks Investigation of the Abandon Ghost Town of Landrus Pa

Granted Landrus, Pa is considered a Ghost Town now, but in its prime was one of the most efficient and ahead of its times coal mining towns around. This is where one of the 1st electric powered coal mines operated in the world. The town itself was established in 1882, after the completion of the Pine Creek and Arnot railroad system from Arnot to Hoytville. The village was named after Henry J. Landrus, a manager of the Blossburg Coal Company. Deserted in the early 1900’s (1910-15’ish) because of the railroad changes. The town itself may be long gone, but we will never let this once thriving town be forgotten. It’s not just a place with foundations here and there, it’s a part of our history that we should be proud of here in Tioga County Pa. Now from the paranormal side as well – over the years there have been reports of full figure apparitions, reports of disembodied voices, the sounds of trains, and EVP evidence caught.
