We will always investigate any rumors of hauntings of any kind, so we decided to check out the story that we got off STOMP.sg, a Singaporean Citizen Journalism site.

The story is about a man whom enraged the spirit of the banana tree at Neo Tiew Estate, looking for a quick buck, he stuck pins into the tree so as to have overall control of the spirit. Somehow, the spirit was cut loose and seeks revenge on that man and the residents staying there.

Another incident happened to Shariff while he was exploring the place back in 2008. At one of the blocks there, right at the top staircase landing, he felt a numbing and tingling sensation overwhelming him, believing that something was trying to get inside of him.
