Welcome to part 5 of the My Haunted Diary series, “Living With The Dead”.
It takes place in a house on Long Island, NY. My Landlord, who lived in the house, had just passed away.
So, I could not blame the footsteps I would hear from above the lower apartment studio I lived in on her since I was alone in the house.
The tenant of the apartment before I lived there was killed by a car. I quickly noticed a presence and paranormal activity after I moved in.
I would find out of his death. All his belongings were left in the apartment for 3 months until they could find some family to claim it. I moved in right after. My Landlord loved her home of 40 years. Now with her gone I was left with the house to myself. During my last month there I decided to document some of the strange phenomena taking place.

In this fifth episode I come back to the house during a winter snow storm. I go back into the main portion of the house after bringing up the mail. I see the latest progress in the construction, removing of more items, and furniture in early preparation to sell off the place. I film with my cell phone and call out to any spirits that may be around. I get more of the usual bangs and sounds. But I also get a series of disembodied voices including moans and fairly clear spoken words. It was a female voice and I am quite sure it was my landlord coming through again. I’ll do a couple of night spirit box sessions and investigation moments in my studio. I also provide more information on the death of the tenant who rented the studio before me, including some pics from an article I was able to locate from the tragic accident that took his life.

This is the fifth episode in a series from my last month in this Long Island home. There is more on the way from my time here and my channel keeps growing with explorations into the supernatural in some of the most haunted places in the US. So, make sure you subscribe.
