Thank you for watching and I encourage you to watch all the way. This is my mental health story which meant a lot to me to do this. I tried to do this video 5 times this year and deleted each time but now I’ve done it and it’s up. If this can help anyone out there then I hope it can! Your not alone and you matter so much. Your life is important and you can fight but please speak out about mental illness! A pain shared is a pain halved ❤️
