Nephilim-Like Being spotted in the streets of Phoenix, Arizona?

The following image which was taken in Phoenix, Arizona by Richard Christianson and posted on his Facebook page on January 2, 2017 appears to show an unknown giant dark being.The tall figure which appears to have a head with spikes and wings looks like an angel or a demon while some say it is a Nephilim.

There is much discussion whether the figure, which looks out of place, could be a real being or it is just a hoax. So what is it?
