This location have paranormal activity that reports claims of disembodied voices in room 307, residual sounds, and accounts of people seeing apparitions throughout the building.

What happened in room 307 when Josh was in the closet alone with the spirit box? What happened to Connor, Josh and Wesley still can not be explained in the hallways of the second floor.
