Phil Siracusa is the author of the book entitled, "The Horsefly Chronicles". He was born in 1967 in Staten Island, New York. He grew up in a household of eight. Phil's adventure with the Mafia began when he became a bouncer at a couple of local bars in his hometown. When they got word of his gift, they asked him for guidance from the other side. Phil ventured into bodybuilding and owned several fitness centers throughout his career. In 1999 he married his wife Julia, has four boys, and resides in Easton, Pennsylvania. He currently works in sales within the telecommunications industry. What makes this story so interesting and unique is that Phil was born with a spiritual attachment that followed him through an open portal. This spiritual entity remains with him to this day.

Karissa is currently 25 years old and comes from a family of psychic mediums and demonologists. Karissa has had her own experiences with the paranormal since she was a young child. In elementary school was kicked out for talking about a death on the grounds of the school to the other children who had no clue someone had actually died. This was before the internet and the only people who knew were the teachers who worked at the school. She started noticing she was different than other children and started researching and reading as much as she could on the paranormal while also learning from her gifted family members.

Karissa developed her skills and natural talents throughout her life but decided to mostly keep to herself and help people on the side of her normal life which included going to med school and hoping to have a family. After a car accident forced her to drop out of school she joined a local respected paranormal team in PA. As gifted as karissa is she slowly started to prove countless times within her group and the paranormal community who she was and what she can do. Karissa started reading for clients After being called on a case at Phil’s house she was welcomed into the family who were blown away with what she said had visited her. Karissa knew details that haven't been released in any of the books. She knew things about the family and what they were experiencing without knowing any details about the case other than it was about a man who thought he was haunted.
