When we entered one of the oldest and most historic cemeteries in all of Reno we were in for a rude awakening. More then half of the stones were broken or toppled over. Some stones had graffiti while others were hardly legible as sage brush grew everywhere. Despite the fact that this cemetery contains some of the first settlers in Reno it is also one of the most deplorable.
