The team at Virginia Paranormal Investigations is called out to Henrico where a child spirit reportedly turned on the resident. The investigation is cut short due to the woman behaving as if she is possessed. Then, VAPI travels out to Winchester, VA for a return investigation of a case initially labeled, "Case of the Basket Lady."
