My second try using the Police Scanner 5-0 app with my Portal and a reversed audio effect. Seems this time I got some responses starting to come through. Voices that sound forward with the reverse audio effect on. Seems no matter what app or radio spirit box I use, I get cries for "help". Thank you to my friends in the ITC Collective facebook group for the idea of using a police scanner as an ITC audio source.
