This is an early morning Spirit box session with the P-sb7.

As much as I like conducting these sessions, I sometimes hear things that make me sad....like "Save Me" and Help Me". This is one of those recordings.

Even though I get amazing validation in this session regarding my friend Regina Madrid....Other spirits ask for me by name.....to help them.

What am I suppose to do??????

I also have to apologize for the Grumpy Spirit that was cursing....NOT my fault. Maybe it was too early in the morning for him......
