That thing one does when taking on newbies to train up as Investigators - just trust me. My method it works. For me, it does anyway.

One takes them out (before investigations - Novice Bonding) and involves them in things that they would not normal do. It caused much laughter and fun, talking about nothing paranormal, just them being themselves and getting to know each other.

The first couple of times that they had met, there was shyness, lack of talking, afraid to step out of their comfort zones, etc. Now, they stalk each other, crack jokes and so on. They are now good friends and I cannot pull them apart - and they also have each others backs.

This connection is good and needed ready before investigations start. They need to be comfortable with working with each other as a team. They have all bonded nicely. They are now a connected team of Paranormal Investigators.... : )
