Sleep Paralysis is a topic that is a great talking point in the paranormal field. Once known as 'Old Hag Syndrome', many believed that they were being bewitched by ghosts, demons or even abducted by aliens. But don't worry - Science had it all under control and could explain what was occurring in the finest of details. I've done alot of research on Sleep Paralysis, and after studying as much as I could, I was of the same opinion as science - our brains are basically tricking us into having this experience.
I was sold... it all made perfect, rational sense...
And then it came... and terrified me beyond belief.
