Join as we explore the HAUNTED Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio!

This massive prison has a haunted history as infamous as the building itself. Built between 1886 and 1910, the Reformatory housed criminals of all types, and some of them never left. Paranormal Activity is reported consistently throughout the prison to the point some people refuse to return after their ghostly encounter. Over 200 people lost their lives inside the walls of the prison and their energy is still heard, felt, and seen to this day. Footsteps, Apparitions, Shadow Figures, and Disembodied Voices are just some of the many phantom experiences reported in the cellblocks of this 136 year old prison. So today, we'll venture inside to see what we experience or capture and hopefully return for an overnight paranormal investigation before the year's end. Mansfield Reformatory is also famous for the filming of the 1994 movie "The Shawshank Redemption", and many parts of this prison can be seen in the adaptation of Stephen King's infamous short story.
