The Newton Falls Covered Cry Baby Bridge

On many occasions we have visited the Newton Falls Covered Bridge, but the footage recorded in this video was made on February 15, 2018. Although many people in town do not claim that there is paranormal activity around the bridge, there are reports on the Internet from those hearing the faint cry of a baby coming from beneath the bridge, which designates the Newton Falls Covered Bridge as a “Cry Baby Bridge”.

There are many stories about cry baby bridges across the country, all of which have similar stories, but the origination of the story is hard to track down and determine. These are stories that were passed from town to town by wondering travelers and can sometimes be found duplicated across small towns or communities.
