Is this the real tower of terror? Are there phantom jumpers here? While in Tampa we stopped at the Sulphur Springs Water Tower. This location has a dark sad past. Dating back to 1927 this tower has seen floods, death, and destruction. Come along as we do an EVP session on the grounds where the phantom jumper is said to land!
