This video was taken at 2am on the 10th of January 2020 from the window of Richard's house. This strange object seemed to be flying over Smilog woods which is the site of the infamous Pentyrch incident that happened in February 2016.
In the video Richard recounts his experiences of witnessing strange things over the skies near Cardiff including another in November of 2019.which he filmed and features in this video also.
Richard explains how these sightings could be connected to our Council of 12 contact experienced back in 2017
