Eric & Mike show clips and talk about the paranormal activity captured at Davie Florida’s oldest structure. This 1912 house has survived the hurricane of 1926 and the floods of 1947. It has even survived the westward rush of development that swept over Davie in recent decades.

It's the Viele House, Davie's oldest standing structure, named after its original owner, Harry Viele. The two-story, 4,230 square-foot home dates to 1912, when Viele paid Fort Lauderdale carpenter William Griffin $2.50 a day to construct it on a site at the corner of Southwest 70th Avenue and Griffin Road.
