This is the one & only piece of video evidence we captured at Yorktown Memorial Hospital... At .23 seconds you will hear a baby cry. This is not an intelligent response obviously, so I would say it's possibly residual. My friend Paul confirms it by saying he hears babies cry and one more thing to add to the validity of the video is the fact the we were in the labor and delivery section of the hospital.
