Theories of a potential apocalypse have been flowing pretty much since the dawn of time itself. Some of them, though, are more out there than others. From nanobots completely wiping us out all the way to Ragnarok and a black hole or two in between, here are 10 Insane Theories About The Apocalypse.

The Norse theory of Ragnarok, for example, where the Gods absolutely rip each other to shreds all over the Earth. The Gray Goo theory says that self-replicating robots will pretty much suffocate us all. There were even theories of Jesus Christ riding on a comet to warn people of incoming armageddon.
