Movie 162 | 8th August 2020 23.22hrs. Unusual object blocks light from a window and unexplained noise similar to a dog, but this could also be outside contamination. CCTV alarm.

The CCTV triggers an alarm state due to a change in the environment, an oblong black object blocking the light. It remains throughout the footage until close to the end when light breaks through the centre of it, but the object appears to be still there. This is from the first floor and approx 30 feet from the ground. To the right of the object is an emergency exit which has an outside escape set of stairs. No shutters are on the windows which would explain the anomaly. At 32 seconds a sound similar to a dog is heard, but it could also be a human shouting, the volume is at such low level that I can't get a frequency fix to say either way.
