15th September 2020. At 13.30, the owner informed me the empty room had been invested with hundreds of flies. All windows had been shut, and the flies were only inside this one empty office area. The owner had then opened a window before telephoning me. I asked the owner to return to the office and video this event, which was done some nine minutes later. Despite this time-lapse of nine minutes, flies were still evident. No reason could be found for the infestation, no dead carcases, mouse or rat for example.

Certainly, no rodents or vermin have been captured on CCTV so far. There are a number of air conditioning extractor fans and hoods within the roof space, would it be possible for insects to enter the office that way?.

Although insects, in particular flies, have been noted in historical haunted cases, it's more likely this event will have a rational reason. I have noted this event here for completeness.
