CCTV alarm with a loud crashing sound, too loud and covers a range of frequency bands which is followed by noises for some time, which sounds like a voice but could also be a mechanical noise. Frequency is again at 1000Hz. I understand from Andrew the window cleaners arrive every six weeks and they were done two weeks ago. It is still possible someone was working on the outside of the building and was using ladders. No indication from the windows that anyone was there. Andrew is going to make some inquiries and investigate a rational reason. This event is ongoing.
