~The fear of clowns (coulrophobia) is a surprisingly common phobia, for the most part among young children. While most people don't mind clowns or may even be entertained by them, there is no doubt an added sense of creepiness when somebody wearing clown makeup may seemingly start to... follow you.. and there have actually been a growing number of cases of this exact scenario popping up from around South Carolina over these past few weeks.
