A 911 dispatcher in New Mexico has been reassigned after allegedly hanging up on a woman who was trying to keep her friend alive.
The dispatcher, identified as Matthew Sanchez, sounds as though he is frustrated with the caller who was trying to save 17-year-old Jaydon Chavez-Silver.
Chavez-Silver was shot by a gunman who opened fire outside a house party around 10 p.m. on June 26
