The CCTV was alarmed due to a white light anomaly with dust or an insect the culprit. There is a sound which is similar to a cuckoo's cry. These birds can sing during the night. Its frequency is excepted as 580 to 600Hz

The frequency capture is around 850/900Hz, somewhat different to the cuckoo 580/600Hz. Throughout the recording and can be heard on the movie, distant voices are present. Impossible to increase the volume to a level where you can hear clearly. It's possible the sound is coming from outside, but the time on nearly 2am makes that unlikely.
