Michelle was a happy, and up beat girl.  However, her Juvenile record showed that she was depressed and had issues.  This all changed at age 20 when she had her daughter Lexi.  She was super happy, an excellent mother, and started making good changes to her life.

Jeremy said the relationship was rough, they often fought.  Michelle’s family painted a darker picture.  Jeremy was controlling, beat Michelle, used his police training to put her in her place.

Because it was one of their own involved, the sheriff’s were blinded and unable to do the investigation to their best degree.

Guns only recoil backwards.  The recoil from the rail of the gun would have left a cut in the hands, Michelle had no such cut on her hand, but she did have a cut on her eye.  She may have been battered before her death.

Sheriff Shoar admitted that his department committed mistakes, and that they were sloppy, however he still stood by his stance of what happened.
