Arkansas Ghost Hunters began with a small group of like-mind individuals, researching reports of the paranormal, in 1998. Investigations of the strange and unusual would take the group all over Arkansas, and outside the state as well.

Before the tv shows "Ghost Hunters" or "Ghost Adventurers" would make paranormal investigations popular, our team was doing the hard, uncomfortable and scary work most people wouldn't want to do. Concept show based in Arkansas. Real paranormal research team explores suspected “haunted” locations throughout Arkansas. Most current, science based methods and technical equipment are used in this completely original, independent production.

Topics such as dust verse orbs, electronic voice phenomena (EVP), Electric and magnetic fields (EMFs), temperature drops (cold spots) are addressed. Some unexplained video is shown.
The Team visits Magnolia Hill Bed-N-Breakfast in Helena, Arkansas.
Founding members: Eric Manuel, Trish Watts, Todd Skaggs and Pam Jones lead the investigators.
Technical Notes:
Original film was recorded in Standard Definition using broadcast equipment. Film was re-edited in 2009 adding additional footage and information. 2016 edit provided color correction, enhanced graphics. 2019 Version (this one) encoded the 1080 HD version to 4K and provided "side graphics" for allow for the 16x9 wide screen formatting.

The original video project was the FIRST "reality based film concept" of the paranormal topical shows. A year after AGH was released, the now industry standard "Ghost Hunters" was released.
